The Pawling Library has scheduled a celebration of all games on Saturday to coincide with International Games Day, according to organizers.
The library's free event, which is to be held from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the main library, the Community Room, the Meeting Room and the Courtyard, is to feature a variety of games from board games to Minecraft, according to organizers.
Included in the family-friendly day will be games suitable for children ages 3-18 and adults as well, according to organizers.
Part of the day will include a discussion about the benefits of game playing, according to organizers, who said that Wii games will be among those offered.
"Come when you want to and leave when you are done," said a statement from organizers, "but come and join the fun!"
